It appears the 2019 edition of the Big Brother Naija reality show is getting hotter by the day. If they aren’t keeping people entertained with their dance moves and budding romance in the house, they are getting into fights.
Housemates Esther and Thelma got social media buzzing with their recent fight about the politically correct choice of word to describe a mentally challenged person.
They were given the challenge to come up with an educative play. Thelma opted to play the role of a mentally challenged person. However, rather than use a less offensive word, she called them imbecile.
Esther immediately tried to correct her but it appeared Thelma wasn’t ready to be corrected and insisted there was nothing wrong with her choice of word.
Esther maintained she needed to take corrections and it appears everything spiralled downwards from there.

Thelma is obviously not too smart. If you follow the show you'll know that. In as much as she's wrong, Esther's manner of correction was wrong. You dont shout at someone when you want to correct them. You'll make them feel stupid. #BBNAIJA
